April Grigsby, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker based in New York City with the team at Healthy Minds NYC, located in Midtown East, Manhattan. April is focused on empathic listening and building up her clients’ strengths so they can solve problems. She empowers individuals to manage anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity challenges. She also works with couples to improve relationship dynamics.
